Agreement

By using UploadStudy at uploadstudy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

UploadStudy converts PDFs or photos of study notes into AI-generated flashcards. Plans are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Each plan includes a fixed number of deck generations. See our pricing page for current limits.

Accounts

You must create an account to generate decks. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Upload only material you have the right to use for personal study.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to abuse the service, bypass usage limits, or interfere with other users.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service without permission.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown at checkout. Because deck generation uses AI resources right away, purchases are usually non-refundable once you have generated a paid deck. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

AI-generated content

Flashcards are generated by AI based on your uploads. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it for exams or coursework.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your uploaded material and generated flashcards. We own the UploadStudy platform, branding, and software. You give us a limited license to process your uploads only so we can provide the service.

Deletion

You may delete individual decks from your dashboard. Deleting a deck is permanent and does not restore deck-generation credits on your plan.

Disclaimer

UploadStudy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the service after changes are posted, that counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
